Cancellation Policy

Email us your cancellation request at least 48 hours before the start of your rental and a 100% refund will be issued. Cancellation or changes to your reservation requested within 48 hours to 2 hours before your rental start time will receive a company full credit to rebook on a new date of your choosing. Reservation changes or cancellations made within 2 hours of your rental start time will receive no refund or credit. No shows will receive no refund or credit. A card on file is required in case of damage or lost equipment.
